Luana’s property is a little piece of paradise in Venice, we loved our stay!

This was the most beautiful property we have ever stayed in. The gardens and house were immaculate, the bed was so comfortable and it was lovely having air conditioning as it was quite hot during our stay. The location was perfect being a very short walk from the train station where we arrived. Luana was the most wonderful host and made our stay so special. The breakfast was amazing too! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Venice again.

Charming stay in Venice

Fantastic hosts and a perfect breakfast each morning. Such kind people and a warm environment making us feel so welcomed. About a 20 minute walk to St. Mark's square, only 5 minutes away from water taxis and the bus station. Room was comfortable and the views amazing, would return again if in Venice.

Such attention to their guests and beautiful property!

What a wonderful property Luana and Roberto have, we had such amazing stay and it was perfectly located. The beds are SO comfortable, our best sleep in our two weeks in italy! They are so attentive to their guests to give recommendation and help them have the best time in venice. Also, to our surprise we were offered a wonderful breakfast in the morning! We truly felt so welcomed and taken care of, it was great, highly recommend:)

The location was perfect. The hosts were lovely. The house was full of wonderful art and very nicely furnished. Beautiful relaxing garden for a break from the bustle of the city. We loved it!

AMAZING

The location is perfect.....San Croce is an area which is still relatively quiet but has excellent restaurants etc and an authentic atmosphere. Cinqueteste is a delight with only three beautiful air conditioned or heated rooms, well fitted bathrooms and all the facilities one would expect at this level. Breakfast has a selection of patisserie, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals etc. and the best coffee in Venice and weather permitting is served in the lovely garden. It is such a luxury to escape the hectic life of the city to relax in this green well kept Oasis. The amazing Luana and her charming husband Paolo will welcome you to their super home and with their knowledge of Venice, which is freely given, will ensure your stay is memorable.

Venice Luxury 5 Star

Hostess went out of her way to share her lovely home with us. The place was top notch 5 star etc....truly an incredible experience. Staff was exceptional as well. We were hauling very heavy baggage and it was extremely close to the train station. Our favorite accommodations on our two week trip to Europe.

Great, top, excellent! If you are looking for a nice en beautiful place to stay in Venice… we definitely recommend this

Everything was just perfect: the owner is a very friendly and serene woman. She was so nice and gave us all the info we needed. Nothing was too much for her. The luxury home = excellent. You can feel that the owner has created the rooms with lots of love and taste. The garden outside was very nice too. There we had our breakfast but also inside was very nice decorated. The location was great! We were in the center of Venice and it was about max. 10 minutes walking to reach the place to take the bus back to the airport which is top especially when you have luggage with you.

wonderful host with great service and amenities

the property rests between a quite neighbourhood and very close to all the nearby transportation and places to see. the property was very clean and apart from that the host Luana was wonderful. even 5 star hotels and resorts don’t provide some services but Luana goes above and beyond to help you to make your stay comfortable. she was very nice and a excellent host. breakfast was good and everything was freshly prepared. would love to visit again and stay here. if you are in Venice don’t miss this place.

Exceptional

Cinqueteste was a dream. It was stunningly beautiful and spacious. The courtyard is comfortable and quiet, much needed after walking in busy Venice. Breakfast was wonderful and I can't say enough good things about the staff. I got sick during my stay and sent my husband to breakfast without me. They insisted on bringing me a tray of food, coffee, and tea, and even stuffed me full of medicine. They were so kind and ensured we had everything we needed so that I could feel better. Location was perfect. Close to train station and car rental hub and very walkable to all of the sites in Venice. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location and the best hosts Venice has to offer!

We loved the convenient location of course but the warm welcome and generosity our hosts Luana & Norbert was priceless! They are amazing and have a magnificent home that is the Cinque Teste Pearl of Venice! Everything is in walking distance and they are sharing their recommendations and wisdom of where to go and what to do in Venice! The rooms are tastefully renovated and the decor is divine! A must stay when you are in Venice!!! Don't go anywhere else!

personal with everything we needed

Cinqueteste Is a small luxury property and a diamond in the middle of a beautiful city the staff could not do enough for us , breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed, the decor was fantasic the smell when you walked through the doors was one of the small things to mention that made it all the more special , rooms where spacious and clean! water every morning , a powerful hot shower ,walking distance to shops ,pizza! the list is endless

there was nothing we could say we didn't like , maybe the only thing we could have asked for is more at breakfast ( eggs , toast ) but this is just personal preference , this wasn't something that wouldn't make us return

Blissfully romantic.

We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at the property & can't fault a thing. Luana arranged a private water taxi from the airport for us at our request & Noberto was there to greet us on arrival. The house is simply magnificent & our room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Noberto, the property owner did everything possible to make our stay a comfortable one. My girlfriend had her birthday while we were there & she was presented with the most beautiful birthday cake at breakfast which was a lovely touch. The garden is a real treasure, so peaceful & calm. In fact I asked her to marry me in the garden on her birthday. What a perfectly romantic setting that we'll never forget.

There's nothing even minutely negative to say.

Simply the best place to stay in Venice!

The house is exquisitely finished, probably the best we have ever stayed in. it’s also in an ideal location away from the more touristy areas of Venice. in all honesty, we can’t wait to go back We were hosted by Noberto and his team and nothing was too much trouble….we just loved them all!!

Perfect choice for a holiday stay in Venice!

Hosts were amazing! I immediately felt welcome. Breakfasts were prepared fresh, and were delicious! An essential start to each day. Location is perfect - short walk from the train station, short walk to all the wonderful sights of Venice. Highly recommended.
